Partner terms
The agreement between Epliv and organisations that help people through Epliv as partners.
Version of 2026-10-19
1. About these terms
These terms are the agreement between Dee Empire (Forststraße 6, 96264 Altenkunstadt, Germany; owner: Mohamed Sesay), which runs Epliv, and an organisation that uses Epliv as a partner to help people with opportunities abroad. They apply in addition to Epliv's terms of use. Questions: support@epliv.com.
2. Becoming a partner
- You apply in the Epliv app with true and complete details about your organisation. Epliv checks your organisation (for example its registration, website and public information) and decides whether to approve it. Epliv may refuse without giving every reason.
- One person applies and becomes your partner admin. Your admin invites your staff. Each staff member uses their own Epliv account; you do not share logins.
3. Places and payment
- You buy places for a period: one plan and one length for every place, at the price shown, paid in advance. Places are fixed for the period; a place does not become free before the period ends.
- When you renew, you choose who continues. The people you do not continue leave your places when the period ends; their accounts stay theirs.
- Refunds are decided by Epliv according to its refund policy. A person in your places cannot ask Epliv for a refund of the place you paid for.
4. Adding a person
- You add a person only with their knowledge and agreement. For each person you upload the consent form Epliv prepared, signed by that person, and a clear photo of that person holding their open passport.
- The details you enter must be the person's real details. Epliv checks the form and the photo before you can act for the person, and may refuse.
- You must not add anyone under the minimum age Epliv sets, and you must not add a person who is already in another partner's places.
5. Working for a person
- You use a person's account only to help that person with opportunities and travel, as the consent form says. Every action of your staff in a person's account is recorded and shown to the person.
- You do not change a person's sign-in details and you do not delete their account.
- The person may leave your places at any time. When they do, you stop using their account.
6. What you must not do
- Promise anyone a visa, an acceptance or funding, or say that Epliv does.
- Ask a person for money in Epliv's name, or present your own fees as Epliv's. Applying through Epliv is free for the people you help; if you charge them, you say clearly that it is your fee.
- Sell, lend or pass on places or logins, or use Epliv's information for anything other than helping the people in your places.
- Copy Epliv's catalogue or content in bulk, or use automated tools on Epliv beyond its normal use.
7. Data protection
- You treat the personal data of the people you help confidentially and only for helping them. You keep their passport details, signed forms and photos safe and do not pass them on, except to the organisers and authorities the person applies to.
- For the data you yourself collect and keep outside Epliv, you are responsible under the data protection law that applies to you.
- Epliv processes the data in Epliv as its privacy policy describes.
8. Suspension and ending
- Epliv may suspend or end your partner account if you break these terms, if your details turn out to be false, or if people you added complain with good reason. Your staff then can no longer act for anyone; the people in your places keep their own accounts and, for the paid period, their plan.
- You may stop at any time; a period already paid runs until its end.
9. Liability
Epliv is an information service. Epliv is not responsible for what organisers, authorities or partners decide or do. Epliv's liability is limited as in its terms of use.
10. Changes
Epliv may change these terms. We tell partner admins in the app before a change takes effect; continuing to use Epliv as a partner after that means you accept the change.
