Deleting your account
How to delete your Epliv account and what happens to your data.

In the app
Sign in at app.epliv.com → Settings → Security → Delete account, and confirm. Your account and everything in it — your answers, documents, the opportunities you keep, your notes and your conversations with Nia — are deleted at once. Deleted data disappears from our backups within 30 days at the latest.
Without signing in
Write from the e-mail address of your account to support@epliv.com with the subject "Delete my account". We confirm the deletion by e-mail.
What we keep
Only records of payments, without a link to your account, as long as accounting rules require. A paid period is not refunded when you delete your account, except under the refund policy.
