Consent to a partner's help on Epliv
The form a person signs before an Epliv partner may open and use an Epliv account for them.
Version of 2026-10-19
1. What this form is
Epliv is an information service run by Dee Empire (Forststraße 6, 96264 Altenkunstadt, Germany). It shows real opportunities abroad and the legal way to travel there. The partner named on this form (for example a travel agency, school or organisation) wants to help you with Epliv. Epliv lets a partner do this only with your signed consent and a photo of you holding your passport, which Epliv checks before the partner can act for you.
2. What you agree to
By signing, you agree that:
- the partner opens an Epliv account for you, or uses your existing Epliv account, with the details on this form;
- the partner's staff may use your Epliv account for you: answer the questions about you, keep and follow opportunities, tick what you have prepared, upload and prepare documents, and record where you stand (applied, accepted, visa, travelled);
- Epliv uses your details (name, date of birth, nationality, passport number and expiry date, phone, e-mail), this signed form and the photo of you holding your passport to check who you are and that you agreed;
- Epliv's AI features, provided by Google (Gemini), are used for you: to read this form and the photo to help check them, to match opportunities to your answers and to help with documents. Details are in Epliv's privacy policy.
3. What stays yours
- Your Epliv account is yours. If you gave an e-mail address, you get a link to set your own password, and you can sign in at any time.
- In your account you see which partner helps you and everything its staff did for you.
- You can leave the partner at any time in your account, or by writing to support@epliv.com. The partner then can no longer use your account.
- You can delete your account at any time.
4. Money
Applying to opportunities through Epliv is free for you. The partner paid Epliv for your place. If the partner asks you for money, that is the partner's own fee and agreement with you, not Epliv's. Epliv never asks you for money to apply, for a visa or for an invitation.
5. No promises
Whether you are accepted, funded or given a visa is decided only by the organisers and the authorities. Nobody — not Epliv and not the partner — can promise you a visa. Epliv's travel information is general information from official sources, not legal advice.
6. How long your documents are kept
This signed form and the photo of you holding your passport are kept while you are in the partner's places and deleted after you leave, at the latest within the number of days Epliv sets for this (shown in Epliv's privacy policy). Your account and what is in it stay until you delete them.
7. Signature
I have read this form, I understand it and I agree. The details on this form are mine and are correct.
